This place is SO GOOD!! The food: omg it is all so good! I'm drooling just writing this review! I've only been twice and both times were do die for! To start - the chips and salsa are phenomenal. It's hard not to fill up on that alone. We got margaritas and they were literally bigger than our heads! I had mine blended but the others got theirs on the rocks and they both were great. Definitely a good amount of alcohol in them too!! The food - where to even begin - it's all so good and so fresh. Our table had the skinny enchiladas (instead of tortilla, it was zucchini!!), Costilla Colorado short rib and the skirt steak plate. All the tortillas are housemade. The food is bursting with flavor. I have yet to have a dish that I haven't liked. For dessert, they brought out a birthday flan and we ordered the churros. We were truly in a good coma after! The vibe: a beautiful restaurant with both indoor seating and a patio. Such a classy restaurant that pays much attention to detail - even their menu covers are hand made! The employees are great and on top of everything. The service was quick. It's a great place to come dressed up or casual if you're doing an early dinner. Will I come back?? OH YES I CANT WAIT!!
The Tacos Dorados were excellent! Three hard-shell blue corn chicken tacos served with a small portion of rice and beans. Very good flavor and great presentation, but the $19 price point was too high. The side of fried plantains (5) tasted really good, and were the right size for how hungry I was, but it's a relatively small order. And again, Costilla Colorado (short ribs) from my last visit was great! Had the flan, and like last time, it was seriously amazing! The last time I visited, one other table was occupied. This time, we were the only table seated in the entire restaurant at lunch on the weekend. Not really sure how they stay in business.
Take an Uber and get the Margaritas! For the life of me I can not remember what I ate, only that it was really freakin good! Those damn Margarita's are SO damn big.... UBER! LOL Yikes, we were sauced! The food, drinks and service were amazing! Thank you Sabor!

Years later and still my favorite place in all of Santa Clarita and one of the best places I've been to in all of LA County. Food, drinks and service are some of the best anywhere.
